Hey guys,

I have a 2009 Honda Civic SI and over this Spring I have my front bearing replaced as well as my tie rod ends both inner and outer as well as a and alignment (no lights on my dash prior to work). After all set and done i had an ABS light, VSA and (!) light were on. Turned out the shop put on the bearing backwards which caused the ABS light turn on and the fixed the error but when i picked up my car the (!) was on and once I started driving the VSA light turned on at about 30 mph. Now its fall and still the same and will really need to get this fix for the winter/snow months. VSA comes in handy.

I borrowed on DTC scan tool from my friend and it read and 84-01 (sensor logic failure/steering angle sensor failure) i attempted to delete it but same (!) and vsa turned on.

After reading all over the internet i found that I have to delete the the code then do the memorization. I followed the instructions on the YouTube below

to erase code without scan tool -text instructions are at 3min 12sec

to clear the VSA neutral position (memorization) text instructions at 4min and 05 secons

youtube video called: MDX 2003 ABS VSA & /!\ Lights

Hope this help someone.
