Ya I know its an r18, but this is what I was given. So im sticking with it :D

Anyways here's what i've done so far:

Engine
-Injen CAI
-TB spacer
-Go Power cam
-Weapon R header
-Skunk2 (60mm)
-NST pullies
-Flashpro

Suspension
-Skunk2 springs

Interior
-Skunk2 shift knob
-Custom red suede boot (Granny made it for me :D)
-Painted interior pannels black

Exterior
-HID's 8k
-5zigen fn01-rc (matte black)
-Goodyear 215/45/R17
-Sidemarkers
-Rear lip delete

Thats pretty much it so far. Ill post pictures of the installs and such later, dunno how many pictures I have. I have to give thanks to brian (8thgeninAL) since he helped me install the majority of all the engine modes and the springs.

Future
(Oh how the list grows and grows!)
-Im currently saving up for a lower arm bar, pro s v2 coilovers, and chamber arms from skunk2
-Also Ill be selling my current go power cam and getting a valve train upgrade from supertech and Go Power's new cam. (sending off the head I bought off of GetxErxDone to GP for R&D on the valve train)
-Probably going to get a larger intake.
-Gonna send off a spare TB to max bore (gonna try and bore the intake mani myself since its plastic, and probably remove the TB spacer unless I can bore that as well)
-Lightweight flywheel from spec
-Momo or some other lighter seats and harness w/ custom harness bar so I know it'll withstand a head-on collision.
-Progress rear sway bar
-Mfactory final drive 4.687
-Mfactory LSD
-Big Brake kit from stoptech
-stage 2+ clutch from spec
-shifter and base bushings from twm
-Motor mounts
-end links from corsport
-Radiator hoses from hybrid racing (grey/ white)
-Go Power will be building an engine for me along with replacing my lemon of a tranny. So that covers all the internals I deleted off this list.

Thats all I can think of off the top of my head, hopefully more companies jump on the r18 engine. Even if its just custom stuff.

Anyways tell me what you think! And if you think you know of something performence wise for the r18 that I don't have please do tell. Although I think ive covered the majority of everything minus weaponR's intake mani (not gonna buy it) and a turbo (brian has one).

:wavey:Thanks for looking!! :wavey:

On to pictures:

save up for the SK2 Pro-C > SK2 Pro-S v2 they're just epically better. Also i would run fatter tires you can go up to 235/45/17 EASY no need to change anything but I'd recommend the 235/40/17 since it gives you the option to go lower, but this improved grip like CRAZY.

Best next mod for you is to save up and get the LSD & FD from Steve over at MFactory this will probably be the biggest improvement for you right now as it will bring the car into its power band.

Hah thanks for looking :wheee:
Really 235? I know w/ 225 you have some rubbing.. ya I might save up more for the pro-c's. Ive got a deal on the package though :shadyhat:

Ill call and see if they will give me the same deal on the pro-c's. I figured the dampening could be simulated with no preload and maybe an extra set of springs since I will be doing autocross.. As for the LSD ill be buying, but the final drive maybe be too damaging to my gas mileage, but then again I might just buy a longer 5th gear or something, idk I haven't really looked into that much.

dude your all motor who cars about gas with the new fd you'll probably make what ~-5 miles per gallon. i have 235/45/17 on mine right now no rubbing, although im not dropped and only had them in the front. But we shall see once everything is set up if im hitting or not. if your planning on AutoX the pro-s will not due trust me you need the pro-c they are for competition/track intended meant to take a beating, but if your getting a deal your getting a deal.

Congrats, hope someone can finally show what the r18 all motor can, I really want to know since I couldn't finish my project. I would recommend a better final drive, r18s have a much better torque curve then si's and that final drive is asking to be put in the r18. as soon as you have those along with lsd, take it to the track and hopefully you will get in the low 14's and make history with the r18. Good luck on the build, subd.

Also I added a few things to the future section, and im serious about all this stuff. This winter will be slow because I have college and I only work about 20hr paychecks. But this march ill be getting a raise to $8-$8.25/hr and working 60 to 75hr paychecks. So then ill be able to buy a lot more. I can tell you after all the suspension stuff is out of the way ill be more focused on the Go Power cam and more motor stuff. I just figured if im gonna get serious about racing the car ive got to PLANT the thing on the ground first. (no point in having power if you have to slow down to 20mph just to take a simple turn).

Oh and ill be dyno'ing my car soon, supposidly there is a dyno in tuscaloosa  that its a dynojet..

Ha ya im happy with what I have.
MFactory Competition Products - Forged Transmission Components
That link has a good transmission calculator. I have inputed the correct gear ratios for our car, the r18 manual.
The dyno you show looks wrong to me. there's no way we start losing power before 5k rpms. I might start losing power berfore my 7500 redline but it's still pulling hard and I like were it drops into the next gear. besides i have a few mods myself.

Once i put the smaller dia tires on I plan on dropping it so the gap doesn't look like a 4 wheeler.
The only r18 I have seen on these forums to get into the low 15's in the 1/4 mile had 205/40/16 with a 7500 redline. My goal is to break into the 14's.
I will consider a cam in the future but I will be patient and wait until they have been tested more in the real world.
Well that was the graph made by vit on his edyno when I did a pull with brian's flashpro..
As soon as vit touched my car though I got graph's like this, and no idea what I had done when he did this graph since I installed GP cam, NST pullies, and header while he did my calibrations.

I'm located in Lake worth and work in Boca Raton.
I have not been to the track lately, i was waiting for cooler weather and somebody else to go with. its not as fun when your there alone.
Plus I have been trying to fine tune my car without the help of E-tunz.
Its no easy task learning hondata for our cars. theres not alot of info on R18's out there on the forums yet.
