I don't think there is an actual number system for the Mugen.

put Arissa/"revtress" on the list please Khris :cheerleader:
she is #0093 (Angel's Mugen Si bro/sis)
purchased from Southeastern Honda in Palm Bay, FL

and your buddy Nik the pilot.. tho i dunno the # on his VIN :(
there were like 6-8 of them in Jax early this year... get James to find out all the figures on them. so they can also be added. :thumb:

do w0rk s0n. great idea... i wanted to do this for so long ever since "Berlina" left the site & the Mugen ownership. interested to see the list grow over time. :hyper:

good luck!!

ps- given the issue surrounding the NON-numbering system w/ the Mugen Si badged cars... i would do the last 4 of the VIN.

case in point for example hypothetically:

0094
1094

which one would be the 94th Mugen Si on your list?? :shady:
lots of Mugen owners ive seen have a 1 as their 4th to last digit on the VIN. just food for thought.

damn im slow this Monday morning... fack.
my bad, i thought i recalled seeing Khris started this thread.

my apologies to the OP/Tony. but thanks for adding 'ris
she'll be appreciative of that since she isn't on too much cuz of her job.

word all good, but why would their be a car 1094 when they only made 1000?
my car's last 4 are 1294
case in point ^
good job helpin' out Jess ;)

some of the FBP FA5s turned into Mugen Si's on the assembly line had a zero in the VIN, others a 1.

there is no DEFINITE ordering system proven one way or another. but most of us 8th members and the Mugen owners themselves like to keep it simple and go by the last 4 of the VIN.

the issue is... using Jessica's Mugen VIN for example:
*if her Mugen Si is 1294, is there also a 0294; therefore two Mugen Si's numbered essentially the same?!

see that's the point ppl are making... there pretty much is no rhyme or reason to the numbering... only that Honda produced the Si in color batches by VIN and hypothetically yanked most of the first created FBP FA5s off the line to add Mugen parts and badge it Mugen Si.

i forget the guy's SN but one member on the Mugen chat thread was back & forth w/ Honda about the inquiry for months until the final answer was there was NO authentic numbering system; therefore his original request to "number" the cars was a moot point.

the ENTIRE VIN in the Honda IN Network pulls the car up as a Mugen Si or a regular FA5. no other way to tell.

regardless, i like this thread and hopefully more Mugen Si owners will find it and post up.

most of the ones ive seen or met or talked to on the forums here have a zero (or 2 zeros) starting the last 4 of the VIN.
