I was planning on doing the 3" bp with the 6.37" cp and the IMT stage 2 aftercooler with the 2.25" core. My blower is ported. Thoughts?
Well I can tell you that my Bell core is 2.5 and it is a lot wider than any drop in core with more surface area.. and I am at the limit for my set up....5.98 Crank and 3.0 pulley.... it becomes a CFM issue with these cores .. they just will not flow enough unless you have a huge one off one :think: food for thought :paper:

Thanks ;)... this is good info that we all need to know... so for reference and people that just don't know the limits with there set up's.. there is a little more to it but ... . . CFM and core size come in to play next :shrug:
 
There is a sticky "blower Efficiency" that has a calculation page in it from CRSX. The only one you can't do is are stock calculations. Maybe that will help some people also or give them something to play with.

if only I could confirm the size of the EP3 crank pulley? 5.98?

That is on there too.. but it does not have all of the sizes like our OEM one anf I think two others :scratches:
 
just got back from vacation time to buy this inlet aftercooler combo for sure

what pulley are you running to push 13.8 psi thats amazing

last comment where can i send my blower to be port and polished as well as have the oil changed on it
 
Running a CRV K24 Crank pulley and 3.0 Blower pulley for that pressue... but it does not mean that much... there are cars that are running a larger Crank pulley that are running similar boost levels... I still have a Moderate flowing exhaust 70mm as where others have 76mm or 3inch cat back.... so a littbe bit less back pressure ;)
 
here you go guys! First IMT AF in aurco CTR. Slowly moving forward because i had to modify a lot of parts like HX mounts, pump mount or reserv botle mount. Fn2 has smaller engine bay so ther is a lot of work to fit this great AF in my car.
SO far i insatlled heat exchanger, water pump, aftercooler core, 4bar map sensor and 3 inch BP.






BTW dont warry im not driving with this plastick bag on my cone filter. Its only to protect my filter during install

what size injectors are you running ... if those are the 520cc CT one's your going to be out of injector above 8000rpm....99% IDC....:eek:hnoes: ask me how I know :facepalm:
I used so far ID 725cc with stock fuel pump. Yesterday i tryed install walbro but doest work!
