Got a Fast Clock? Honda Will Replace It!

I've seen threads since 2006 regarding people complaining about their Civic's clock running fast and gaining a significant amount of time over the course of a week to a month.

After catching up (though not yet updating) my Honda Service News Bulletin Archive, I found this little lovely hidden in the June 2009 edition, page 2.

Enjoy! I wonder if they'll do this out of warranty...

There are a few caveats, though. It has to be a 2006-2007 Coupe without navigation. Still, seems to be the MY's with the most issues with this. Enjoy!!

Me too. You may as well ask. See if they won't do it for you. It doesn't say anything about requiring a warranty to be performed...

Ringpop - Where do you find these bulletins? On the honda website? They're nice to have in case I have a problem.

My clock goes ahead about 4 minutes every couple months. Not a big deal to me, I just reset it as I'm waiting for my car to warm up. But this is good for people that have this problem.
