I tried my ramps for the first time and quickly realized that they weren't going to work. The lower bumper won't clear it. What ramps are you guys using?

Yeah, but the good thing about these are they only weigh about 5-10lbs a peice.

well im low enough my jack at home wont fit under the car..im kinda worried if i blow a tire on the road... theres no way im getting a jack under the car if that happens. ramps arent gonna do me any good unless im home so might as well keep em in the garage.

the lumber ramp is much better

cheaper, custom to how low you need it to be, and totally bitchin.

I built my own out of some wood and they work just fine. However now that I'm welding I might make some out of metal

That doesn't look like a bad idea if you do frequent oil changes, but for other things, they are not that useful.

I have a set of platis ramps and I just put some paver bricks right before the incline of the ramp...works just fine. I do llike the wood idea but looks kinda big and bulky, but if you have room in the garage then I guess go for it.

I use the Tomioka ramps. They're the same as the Takata Low Down Slope ramps but they stopped producting those apparently. They're super sturdy and look nice and aren't too heavy. Not that expensive either.
