Both specs are for Rota SDX wheels:

17 x 7.5, 5X114.3, 45mm, 67mm
17 x 7.5, 5X114.3, 45mm, 73mm

The difference is 67 vs. 73 mm Hub Bore. What one should I choose for the 08 LX sedan?

I dont think it matters since you are going to have to run a hubcentric ring. I have some Rota G-Forces in a 17x8 +48 with a 73mm bore and its fine. Another thing that helped me make this decision is I found hubrings faster in that size since it seems like replicas are made more in a 73 bore. but i stand corrected if I am wrong. These are the rings i have Wheeldude.com - Professional wheel dealer. #1 Rota Dealer.

Would that potentially affect anything else other than some steering issues at high speeds like the studs? Reason why I asked is my dealership installed my winters which came off a Mazda 3 GT (same bolt pattern, offset, but different hub bore size, 67mm) and I've noticed the alignment issues. I'm worried that I may have also added some extra stress to my stock studs and I'm going to be mounting on new spacers and rims this upcoming week.
