Yes that is correct. You have to clock the wastegate slightly. It's a tight fit regardless but you may have to clock it ever so slightly

damn 15k for 209hp? lame should of bought an si.

 

1st off you can take the hate elsewhere.
2nd, you must have literacy issues because I have not spent 15k on my parts. The list is color coded for a reason.
3rd, if you actually read my first build thread you would know that about a grand to 1500 of the 7-8k I've spent thus far is rebuilding the turbo and fabricating new piping to bring the kit where it SHOULD have been before.
4th, you are ignorant for not realizing I have boost turned down right now and that 209 was on 8.8 psi and not current settings.
