Has anyone out there even considered the possibilities of lifting the suspension on a 06-11 civic?? instead of a fast tuner car, someone heads in a completely different direction and throws on the monster suspension with the tires in order to meat trucks drivers at eye level!?!? I would be highly interested if this were possible.

Its worthless unless you plan to go offroading with it. Otherwise your great gas mileage will suffer greatly.
I dont get the point. off road in a 2wd/fwd vehicle? get stuck all the time? you would def need to re-gear it. fender wells are a little small so you would need some front and rear fiberglass fenders to fit bigger tires . much longer axles. extended A-arms. Coil overs. locker. and it still wouldn't come close to most stock trucks/suv.

I'm not gonna bash. But a car like a civic just isn't cut out for that sorta thing bro. It's not a question of whether it's possible. Anything is possible for any car if you have enough grips of money to throw at it. It's a question of whether it's logical or practical. And in this case, the answer would be no.
