There is no difference between young cops and old cops...that's about stupid. Plus those outrageous loud annoying mufflers should be ticketed, no one wants to hear that. They just put a new ordiance in effect here on the coast for loud music, no one wants to hear other peoples music blaring and bass making my car shake.
