Hello, so I have new rims, tires, and a set of tire pressure monitoring sensors. Everything is working and the new TPMS on all 4 tires are working, connected, and I can read off them. They connect to my car, my mechanic uploaded the new ID’s to the ECU. Since my max PSI on those hankook tires are 50, I
Inflate my cold tires to 40 PSI. The problem I’m having is the light is blinking. It’s been like this for months now. What could be the issue?? Here is a video of the problem HERE

Tire + TPMS + (!) Flashing light
Scroll to response #8. Supposedly you have to inflate, then deflate, then inflate again to "reset" the system.

It must be a torture to see that annoying blinking light! It remembers me the ECU module learning procedure when new IDs where input. It took around 5 minutes to complete!
Program vs. Clone vs. Relearn are different procedures to install new sensors! My new TPMS sensor instruction shows: No programming required before installation - follow OE relearn procedure after installation.
Once the new IDs were input into the ECU ----> Low tire pressure started blinking----> Used a trigger tool to woken up each new sensor----> 5 minutes drive it was back to normal: It was setup!
Check the sensors you have installed. Good luck!

All I can say is that the Mechanic didn't do something right. Seems to be normal that it continues to flash for a few miles/days afterward, but it's been months. Sorry, I didn't read that part on your original message. Take it back to the shop or have (if you dare, LOL) a Honda dealer look at it. I had similar issues when I bought what I thought were "original TPMS" sensors for my 4Runner. Turns out, they were not. Shop told me they were properly programmed, but I kept getting the light. My patience ran out and went to Toyota. They said their "programmer" couldn't detect my sensors. Ended up getting the proper Toyota one's. Problem solved, but I wasn't happy.

Just bought 4 oem TPMS sensors , Installed them & drive 40 miles but ecu never recognized them. So I bought relearn meter& entered all 4 sensors Id #’s in obdi port and TPMS light disappeared then low tire symbol started blinking. Aired all four tires 29 psi ( rated at 28) and low tire light disappeared! I think 20 degree weather is making it harder to relearn & act normal but it’s okay now- pain in the butt!! Lol
