So at a quick glance of the bare stock bumpers of an R18 sedan vs an SI sedan, doesnt look like much of a difference.
But obviously there are part# differences:
Part# 08F03-SNX-XXX - is for the SI Sedan
Part# 08F03-SNA-XXX - is for the R18 Sedan
The blue XXX's are specific to color codes of your car.

You will find that both versions have different instructions of installation, i.e. the SI version requires removal of the rear
bumper to drill 10mm holes, whereas the R18 version requires no drilling and just 3M tape along the top portion of the HFP Lip.
Also, the attaching screws/bolts along the bottom sides to the stock bumper are different.
So with the short amount of time I had with both parts, here are some of the differences:
You can clearly see that the SI version (bottom) has a larger "black diffuser" area than the R18 version (top)
Reverse angle with the SI (top) and R18 (bottom)
Here's the exhaust cutouts with the SI version (top) having a larger cutout and the R18 version (bottom) having a smaller
All in all, both are slightly different.
Question still lies if one who one who has an R18 install an SI version?
Answer is yes, but its not fully secured on the bottom side.
Hope this helps anyone looking for HFP Rears for sedans
