I read and saw the guy with the EX with this problem did "not" have springs and was wondering if it may be something different.
I just installed Brand New Sportlines with a partner and We CUT the bumpstops in the FRONT and BACK according to the instructions(40mm). After install everything was torqued correctly according to measurements and properly put back in. The ride is good and it does not hinder performance, but there is a clicking sound coming from the front suspension when going over "bumps." It happens on the side where the front goes over the bump or hole "ONLY" and not on both if one side does not hit it. It is intermittent and does not happen continously, but i would say around 60-75% of bumps.
After re-checking everything today the sound is still noticeable. Any Idea as to what this may be. Also it only happens in the front and not the back. We cut all four bumpstops and only the front suspension/struts click.
