Civic LX 2009 Oil Grade

Hi
I have attached a snapshot from my Civic 2009 LX 1.8 manual, it's the recommended oil for my car!
But I really cannot understand this chart, it's not clear!
Please help me find which one it means is good for me?

* Note that I live in Dubai, always hot, the temperature never goes below 0 C

How do you read this chart?!

The USDM 1.8l is recommended to use 5w20

According to that chart you could use 0w30 or 40, or 5w30 or 40. Either would work for any and all weather conditions
