how would you go about getting the pin stripe and the ivtec sticker on the side off? because I have both of them on my car.
I'm still on the fence about the pinstripe. I think it's about to just peel off anyways, so that will make it easy lol. The I VTEC, i just started on the taller side (I think one side is taller than the other). I picked a corner and just very gently worked at it with my fingernail. Once I got a bit of it up, just grab it and start peeling it off slowly. A hairdryer might help make it peel off easier, but depending where you are, the presummer heat might be enough. Took me about 5 mins for both sides. I can't stand clutter on the body. I wish I could remove the Si badge from the grill, then I'd be set.

i debadged as well. i don't have an Si, so i didn't like how 'unbalanced' it looked with an emblem on one side, but nothing on the other. and i wasn't about to go out and buy an hfp emblem or anything. it's all about personal taste. i think it looks cleaner without the badge on the back.

i already know it's a civic. if you don't you can always ask ;)

I've been thinking about removing the Civic badge on my 06 FBP Si, but was somewhat concerned about discoloration underneath.. car is a little less than a year old.. thoughts? Oh and if I decide to remove it... hair dryer, dental floss and some Goo-Gone, all I need? Thanks!

I debadged mine after having it about 2 months for fear that it would fade around the civic. Left the Si though. Yes the dryer, dental floss (I used fishing line and it worked great), and goo gone worked spectacularly. Here's a crappy pic in the rain of the finished product. Red H's coming soon to match the Si better and finish off the look.

Ill help you out with this. try to debadge during nice and sunny day when your car is kinda hot. just debadge them by using and then clean the surface with alcohol and you are all set.
