I know this isn't exactly what you want but new ones are pretty cheap. To get the hitch, drawbar and wiring harness is only about $250 from ETrailer.com.
Not to many of these get uninstalled so finding one used is gonna be tough. I didn't see any good results when googling for used ones. You might be able to get one off a car from a salvage yard.
