Check out what mazda is doing. An AWD, direct injection, twin high-performance fuel pumped, 6-speed, turbocharged, 15.5 max psi boost, 274hp, 280 tq Mazda6! Introduced as MazdaSpeed6 ( knock off title from srt-6,8,10 I am sure).It actually looks good for a the car.

they did a shootout with the new mazdaspeed 6 in the latest car and driver. The acura TSX took 3rd - mazdaseed 6 took 4th, pontiac gtp took 5th, the new honda accord 4rd 6speed took 2nd, and the vw jetta gli took 1st. It was supposed to be about sport/handling 4door cars.

that helped out alot. My buddy's wife bought the older 6 and it was fun to drive. It is nice that forced induction is turning up more in the american market, even if it is an import. Great upgrade.

I have a 03 6s. It is fun, but I want another car.
It has good torque...actually too much. I peel all the time.

I knew about the Speed 6 back in 03 when they were taking about it. But I wasn't going to wait till 06 to get one. The speed looks fun though. Plus you can't beat the AWD.
