the bottle is mounted, the line is ran the WOT box is mounted, lines ran from that as well

i have the switch wired to 12v accessory (radio)
and grounded as well
when i put a fuse in the switch and flip the switch it always blows... any ideas on what could be wrong?

Try getting a better power source for the accessory. Get a fuse adapter and go right off the fuse block under the dash. This is the best way to do it. Theres a good number of open slots all of which are "hot" when the keys in the off/on and accessory position.
