so i've had my 07 EX Coupe for all of a month, and i hit a deer with it today. i tried to get a pic but it's dark out. what makes the whole thing better is that my dad hit one yesterday morning on his way to work... hopefully things get better.

Sucks bigtime. But, from what i can actually see, it doesnt look like the damage is too extensive... just a hood/fender and new headlight.

I live in CA too and I see deers on the road during the winter mornings in Diamond Bar. Almost hit one.

so i met with my adjuster today, she quoted me at $1460 for the repairs. that included a fender, a headlight, fixing the bumper, and blending everything. that's at an insurance-approved shop. i stopped by the shop i want to have fix it, and he went over the estimate with me, my insurance adjuster had put down USED PARTS! hahah not on my brand new car. the autobody said he's going to bring the adjuster back and fix the car using new parts, and replacing the bumper instead. the car is scheduled to go in the 26th, but now the insurance company is giving me a hard time about a rental, because im under 21. i'll be 21 December 3, so if worse comes to worse, i'll wait an extra week before i get it fixed.

^^Enterprise rent a car will rent to you under 21. As long as your 18. Since your car is in the shop, if you mess up their car, they know you will have the money to back it up if you want your car back.
