whats the diff between the v1 and v2 mugen quickshifter? I just got mine new so I assume its the newer one (V2??) ??

^^I'm not too sure, all I know is that they went under a redesign in early 2008. If you got yours new it's definitely a v2, because they stopped making them and it was impossible to get a v1 after 2008
