A civic Si intake will not fit your Ex. The engine bay set up is totally different.

It won't fit, as the above poster stated. Why would you want to replace a factory part with another factory part anyway? There are plenty of great aftermarket SRI/CAIs out there for your R18.

to better understand, the reason why it would not work its that
the k20 which is found on the si the intake manifold is located in front of the engine bay
and the r18 which is found in the regular civic which includes the ex model the intake manifold is located in the back of the engine bay which is the firewall area

I have the part numbers listed as not compatible. You'd want to specifically look for a R18 intake for your vehicle like this AEM:
