Will an Si Coupe Spoiler fit on a Sedan

Hi! I am planning on buying a used Si Spoiler for my 2009 Civic Sedan. But I realized that the Si Spoiler is for the Coupe.
So I was wondering if it will fit on my sedan?
I also have a lip on it already so I was also wondering if the Lip's screw holes would fit the Coupe Spoiler
