Where is a good place to put my amp rack? I guess I can't measure right because I was going to put I under the rear deck but it is to long. The rack is 10" by 24".

BTW...I need space for the baby stoller and the sub so the rack has to be out of the way.

Can't mount it on the backseat, the stoller already bumps the the back of the seat. Will it fit under the wheel well? Too Lazy to go look since is so damn cold out.

you can split the amps up. put one on little seat. and the other one horizontal on the bigger. i'm sure that amp isn't much larger than an mtx super amp. it should fit. i'd ditch the rack or cut it.

Yeah, it looks like I have to split them. One under the rear deck and the other in the spare tire area. I just wanted everything grounded closer together to reduce the ground noise.

minivan????->>> hell no, already got the Murano for that but the civic gets 50% better mileage so we use the Civic more often.

Thanks all, I post pix when everything is in.

I wouldn't mount the amp upside down. In nearly every amp, that's huge no-no. There's really nowhere for the heat to dissipate, and since heat rises you're already at the hightest point of heat stagnation under the deck.

I would put each amp on the sides of the trunk. There are a few ways to run ground if you do this.

Yea, really. You could easily build a false floor. Here's my setup:

Too much weight...

Or course I added it all back with the new false floor & equipment

I can just get towed home if I have a flat.

And I have a lot more to worry about then getting home when I have a flat tire and time attacks.
