Anyone have any idea whats up with this?

Corsport has been selling the 519C (aka "v2") for a good while. Currently, this is the model they're offering for the 06+ Si's

The part numbers on AEM's website are 21-685C and 21-685P for the CAI.

FYI for others who comes across this thread:

Mike,

The 21-519 was designed for the 2006-2008 Si and is street legal.
And 21-685 is for the 2006-2010 Si but is not legal, both have the air flow straightener.

You can use any of those kits , but remember that the earlier kit # 21-519 is legal.
