Hey guys. So I got this car a few months ago and I want to replace the windshield wipers. But every part number I look up is for a more traditional style of wiper blade mounting. I used to be a mechanic, and I have never seen this type of mechanism for mounting the blade to the wiper arm.
I know that the OE blade refills are the best, but these are BOSCH parts and I can't find a part number or anything.
I can't post a link so here's a description: it's basically a square cross section with a small square button that pops up into a square hole in the wiper arm. Not the typical curved piece of flat steel that you click into.
I've watched YouTube videos, searched this forum and others, and I'm seriously wondering if this is some kind of custom wiper arm or something. Never seen anything like it. What do you know about it?
