What kind of windshield wipers are these?

From your description, I'd say you have a Coupe.

Sedans have regular J-hook wiper blades. '06-07 had a weird cosmetic finishing cap on the end of their arms that makes the attachment look like other wiper styles. Regular J-hook blades will work, but the cap won't fit and it looks a bit screwy without it. For '08 and up, the arms went to absolutely conventional J-hooks. The OEM blades are low-profile, while most aftermarket blades are taller, so the arms end up sitting farther away from the glass if you go aftermarket.

Disclaimer: I don't have a coupe, so I don't have the first-hand experience to be 100% sure of the following, but various details have passed by my attention at times.

There's some wiper lists out there that say 8th gen civic coupes use PTB (pinch tab button) wipers, but I believe that's incorrect - PTB is a Valeo design, but the OEM Civic blades are Bosch. However, there are many wipers on the market that include adapters for different attachment styles, and I imagine most aftermarket blades that have an adapter for PTB attachment, also include adapters to cover other attachment styles including the correct one for the Civic, so the lists have gotten away with this error.

I believe the proper name for the style of wiper attachment is top-lock push button, and exists in two different widths. Again, if you're getting aftermarket, the adapters probably cover both widths.
