Hi guys im looking to wash and wax my new car. But have a few questions about what i should do. There are some little rust dots on the bottom part of the door they seem to come off when theres water on my finger and a scrub it. Is there any eaiser way to do clean these thats not a clay bar? Also i wash my car then i wax it and just buff the wax or do i put something else on before i buff it with a buffer

sounds like rail dust to me. you can try to use wd-40 but use it sparingly and wash the area immediately after. I would highly recommend a clay bar though.

Try some iron x it removes iron contaminants in the paint you might still have to go with a claybar tho. If your going to buff you have to remove all contaminants before polishing or correcting. Wash, dry, decontaminate paint with iron x or claybar then proceed to either put wax or polish/correct using a buffing machine.
