I had a clutch clicking noise fixed under warranty, where they re-lubed the hydraulic component of the master cylinder around 30k. I'm now at 45k, but the problem has come back.

Since I'm no longer under factory warranty, can I still be covered if the work they did to try to fix the problem did not work? Car is 07 Civic LX.

TIA!

i believe they only checked the problem and lubed it, so no replacement of any parts. i'm guessing i'm going to have to pay for it now if i want it to be fixed?
