I used to have S2000, I would not recommend to drive S2000 as your daily driving car.
It's good if you have another car, then buy S2000.

Pro : nice looking, convertible, super fast, awesome v tec engine.
Cons : NOISY on the highway, the ride is bad

I think the S2K would be an awesome car for any enthusiast to have. But for a daily driver I wouldn't do it. Like a 2nd car would be good. Use it on weekends when you want to smoke small Civics on the road racing each other.

I've heard both ways...

Not a good daily driver...

and...

A great daily driver...

Depends on how "hard-core" you are I guess...

In the research I've done, 2000 and 2001 models had issues, minor, but still. I think you'll have to search hard to find a 2002+ with decent mileage for less than 20,000...

That being said, I've decided to keep my truck and actually get it paid off. Once thats done (2009), I'll have a lot to choose from, another RSX-S, S2000, 8th gen SI, possible new CRX SI, by that time I'll be almost 30, I might try to buy an NSX...
