Oh UltraRacing braces function. They are track proven. These are not for looks, although they do look cool. They are built/made for performance.

Not to be critical, do you have an quantitative data supporting this? Also, do you happen to know if the lower braces restrict ground clearance?

Yes that is their main site, lots of pictures of cars, crashed cars in which their bars supported them, etc. Tons of reviews I can send your way as well.

The only bar that is soemtimes an issues is the front lower brace. Usually it will only hit if lowered and is still higher than the front plastic deflector, however some customers have banged them up. It is a compromise, because there are huge benefits to stiffening up the front (customers who have removed them have commented on how they immediately noticed the difference), but it is an area that does occasionally hit, especially if lowered.

The overall consensus on the part is that it is better to rub the front lower brace than other parts like your chassis etc, but of course does make some people cringe

So many UR orders!!! Let us know if we can help you out with any parts! This brand is booming with in the US and we are proud to have been their first US distributor with focus on the Honda and Acura market :)
