It’s towards the left of the oil pan ?? Perhaps transmission area ? Not sure . Any ideas on what I can do about it or if it’s suppose to be there .? That plastic piece ? The hole?

Yea, its a little vent for your transmission, Your fender liners should protect it from most of the debree and water anyways.
