This should be an easy question for someone who knows. I'm am changing out my OEM trunk light for a larger incandecent fixture using the original connections. It is 07 ex sedan. There is one blue wire and one white going into the connector. Which is power and which is ground? I coyuld have found out by trial and error but I ran out of fuses (7.5A, #22).

Also, I am having trouble finding 7.5A blade fuses. I am thinking of putting a 10A blade fuse in trhe fuse box under the hood and using a 7A glass fuse in the power feed to the light. Does this make sense?

yea, w/ a volt meter, just put one lead on a ground and touch both wires... one will give you a voltage, one wont. If you get a voltage reading between the wire and ground, that's ur power. If there is no voltage reading, it's your ground.
