Transmission side Vibrating after Motor Mount Replacement

When I changed my mount I had to disassemble the transmission mount into two. Make sure it's put the right way back since you can insert the inner part rotated 180 degrees without noticing it and it will touch the rubber in the wrong place and cause additional vibration(see picture, represented the axis of rotation and the part). I've only noticed this after I changed the mounts myself, after they were changed before that by a mechanic who installed them wrong. This caused premature failure I'm sure!

Also you could try to loosen the mounts, with the engine on a lift jack of course so all the weight is supported by the jack then tighten them to the specified torque in the correct order:
  1. Side engine mount
  2. Transmission mount
  3. Lower torque rod
  4. Upper torque rod
Maybe this will ensure a better position of the engine.

Thanks for the reply. I ordered a salvaged Transmission Mounting Bracket, hoping this will fix the issue. I'm positive that both nuts are loose due to me not putting enough torque on them.
No problem, glad to help. To be honest I don't think you can tighten them so loosely that the engine vibrates just by mistake. I would expect for them to stay tight at least for a few months if you tightened them decently by feel. I can't give any other advice apart from using a torque wrench. I did use a torque wrench on my side engine mount and stripped the thread because my previous mechanic over-tightened them by hand or by using a pneumatic tool so the thread was damaged then but not enough to fail then. But the thread failed when using the torque spec waaay before reaching the desired value. That's what you get with steel+aluminium threads that are old and also overtorqued a few times. On the transmission side they bolt on the steel frame right? So it's not that critical to use a torque wrench, just go by feel on the upper side if this is the case and you feel confident.
