Just reset the ecu. If you want to get everything out of it, Hondata flash is what you want (if you have I/H/E)

Again NO. You'll gain hp, just not as much

You can A) buy the tool, B) send it in, or C) find a shop that will do it for you and optimize.

With Flashpro you plug it in to the port and tune it yourself or have a Tuner do it for you.

With the Hondata reflash you send in your ECU and they flash it for you. No other tune changes can be made.

With any modification, the ECU can compensate only so much if any. You'll get the most potential when tuning it with FlashPro or something similar.
