Do these increase the output of the alt at all? Specifically the r18

If you keep your OEM crank pulley and add our Overdrive Alternator Pulley, your alternator will increase output at lower RPM.
If you use our full R18 pulley kit (crank, alt, wp) your alternator will work exactly the same as it would with all OEM pulleys. No slower, no faster.
With NST pulleys you get better HP & TQ delivery, better throttle response, and better fuel economy.

Curious to know..
I'm 80% sure I'm going to buy this...but did the Water pump issue ever get fixed? I've heard with the WP that it'll give out within 2k miles..

Good question! And I'm assuming you are asking about the R18 kit, because our K20 Si kit does not include a water pump pulley...
We've sold several hundred R18 kits since 2006. There have been a handful of cases where WP pulleys have cracked. We have taken the proper measures to strengthen our WP pulley and in each case, when the customer has contacted us for warranty purposes (by phone or email) the broken pulley has been replaced free of charge, under warranty.
five or six divided by several hundred = less than 1%.

Thats how i read it to.
Well from what i see is that these pullys are uselesss if you go turbo with r18.. from what i hear from other members if so.. why are they not compatible with turbo mods? which is bs if you ask me if true.

NST pulleys are very GOOD mods for turbocharged engines. The more power your engine makes, the more these pulleys will free up due to the weight reduction and underdriving they provide.
NST pulleys are a great upgrade for any R18 engine.
We have a limited number in stock so please hurry if you are interested.

Definitely getting myself a set of these for my k20 :thumbsup:...as soon as im done building my gaming pc and paying off my credit card bill for it lolz (DAMN YOU BATTLEFIELD 3!!!) fftopic: Just as a random thought though.. do these pulleys transfer to a k24? Not that I am planning on doing a k20/k24 swap any time soon but I thought I'd ask it in case others were wondering. I'm assuming you would need a different set for k20/k24 setup.

The NST K20 Crank Pulley and Alternator Pulley are both compatible with the K24.
