I closed and removed nycclaye's thread with his approval. I also PM'ed Mike of NST. The reason I did so was because Nick-nycclaye felt he had gotten a sufficient response from Mike-NST.

Mike-NST, mentioned that some people had cancelled orders because of the thread. Since he can only guess at this time what happened to nycclaye's pulley, I felt it best that Nick and Mike work behind the scenes to find out what happened.

I hope everyone understands my actions. I wanted to make sure that Nick was able to state his case while protecting the reputation of NST. Sorry that nycclaye's thread suddenly disappeared. The thread has been locked, but is back in the Bolt On Forum. Webby updated the thread and posted comments on the first page of the thread.

The only thing i can say is, if the stock pulley failed you coudl get a warranty on anything destroyed. With these... who is going to fix the engine had it broken something?

Great questions. I think it is best that NST speak for itself concerning such things. Regarding the damaged pulley, NST will need to see it in order to diagnose what happened. For the moment, rather than overreact, panic or come to the wrong conclusion, I think it best that we wait until NST posts up.
