^yea what he said lowers 1.4 front and 1.3 back, it is lowered just don't expect it to be slammed. i like it this way for me because Houston is full of potholes and crappy roads and riding slammed with definitely not work well.

yea civic stock height is pretty bad. even now when i roll down the street and a stock Civic Si drives past me I notice the difference in height.
