Hey all quick question. Would coup lx springs fit onto a si coup?

My old springs are making a bit of noise and I'm gettng a hook up on lx springs. I as just wondering if their the same and if they are ok to fit onto an si. I'm thinking that the set up would b different?

fit yes, the same no.


the springs and suspension on an LX aren't as firm as those on an Si.

Coupe to coupe will fit (which is why EX/LX owners can run the Si springs as a suspension upgrade), but it would be a downgrade to the suspension.

As for making noise, there's various causes, though most likely, they are not seated correctly.

I'd find it truly unbelievable if the springs had failed in 3 years.
