Even better.. Use a rubber grommet that fits snug. That's what I used and it's perfect.. Never need to adjust but can be done easily if needed.. The idea may have came from another thread.

Suffering from sagging below your shift nob? Tried rubber bands, zipties, and twist ties? Try some Ageless Male or talk to a doctor.

I recently bought a Redlinegoods shift boot that took the better part of a month to come in. In the meantime I got used to shifting robo-shifter (no shifter boot or bezel botttom) and used the handle instaed of the knob.

Now that I have the shifter boot with the black bushing and the stock knob on top - I don't like it.

I'm going to remove the black bushing and do the doubled up rubber band, and also see if I can place the nut under my shift knob to make it higher.
