Does anyone have any experiences with the Kelly SnowTrakker winter tires?

I can get 4 for only 100 bucks and was wondering if I should go for it or get another brand?

I ran the General Altimax Arctic last winter and they were pretty awesome, but cannot spend the money for them again this year.

They look like good tires but some people say the design is so dated compared to what they have out now.
