I have a 2007 civic si sedan. I just rebuilt the tranny and installed all new syncros and even replaced 2 gear on the countershaft due to worn out dogs. So while I had the transmission out of the car I took advantage of the space I had and installed hybrid racing performance shifter cables and the ktuned master and slave cylinder kit. After I had installed the transmission and cables I went to give a throw of the shifter to see what it would feel like. My neutral position is more towards where 3rd would be and the only gears I can seem to throw it in are 3rd and 4th. I can get it into all the gears manually in the engine bay. Also it seems that before I rebuilt the trans the 2nd 4th and 6th (all down gear throws) seemed to be shorter than the up throws, and almost seem like it slammed into gear cleanly due to no weird noises just feel. If anyone could lead me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated.
