2007 Honda Civic Si Replaced Serpentine Belt Idler pulley and tensioner/ pulley. Now I can hear a rubbing sound and I can see on the side of the belt that is towards the engine there is clearly some rubbing going on. With old parts it didn’t do anything of the sort. The sound feels like it’s coming from the bottom part of the engine like water pump crank shaft area. I need some help on this.

Try turning the crankshaft pulley (90 degrees at a time) and look for a rub. Keep looking.

Also was this an OEM belt? I know on many Honda’s (K35 for example) the tension and belt are very sensitive. Squeaks, rubbing, etc...

Verify the thickness of the belt to the old one. Many non OEM are very thin. The pulleys expect the thickness and some tensioner will be in such a position that it will now cause a rub.
