im geting a si and am curious if anyone has ever had an interior shop change the material (to red) on the seat back on any previous cars. the seats are so nice, seams a waste to not use them. just wondering if anyone had a ballpark figure for a price.

I don't know what it would run with material. I know a few people that did the entire 7thgen car in leather. It ran them about 1200 done very nicely. I honestly don't know what it would run to do just the back in material.

i think im going to do the back of the seats, the armrests, carpet and possibly the headliner red. but im poor so one thing at a time.

the carpet looked good in red, the insert in the seats looks good in red, the headliner might be a little too much. maybe do a black headliner?

My friend would do it for you... he owns his own business and specializes in custom interior, sound systems, etc. but I dont think you really want to travel that far.
