Thanks OP, I did this today.

I found that in my car (2006 sedan) there was another wall on the engine side that I had to get the wire through, and what a pain in the a@@ that was. The hole in that wall was in a spot that only a 10-year-old could comfortably reach.

I ended up threading the wire in from the engine side and grabbing it on the bottom with a coat hanger.

My amp only requires 10 gauge power wire, but I ran 8 gauge to be safe. I ran it through the same areas as the OP, but I ran it within the white plastic wiring harness that houses about a million individual wires. It makes for a very clean install. I'm hoping there is no interference...

I was able to run 1/0 guage following the method in this thread. I had already run a 4 guage wire in an earlier install and lucked out using the upper hole of the trio. This was not going to work for this install as I tried using the 4 guage wire to pull through the 1/0...was not going to happen. I finally settled on pulling the fender liner and using the lower hole to run the cable. It barely fits:

This is the largest cable you can run through the hole while still using a grommet. Any larger, and you will need to get after it with a grinder/dremmel. I had to install the grommet from the fender side as there was no way I could install it from the interior side. Here it is installed with the grommet and wrapped with loom:

Now, to route it through the center console. Thanks for the excellent write-up.

Do you know if its the same for a '09 sedan? I have been messing with it for so long to run my wire trying the drivers side and tonight tried running down the passenger side. Found a hole on the passenger side but while feeding the wire through from the outside, I lost the wire and can'f find it on the inside.

Definitely in need of some help. Trying not to drill if at all possible.

After trying to run a power wire for about 3 hours I gave up. 09 Si Coupe. None of the DIY on here are accurate with my car. They are close but not close enough. I refuse to drill holes or pay someone $200 to run a wire in my car.

Now that my hands are bloody and raw from trying to run a power wire I packed everything up and decided to sell it all... lol. Having a sub is not that important to me, I am putting the money towards a flashpro.

Not that disappointed.
