I am in the minority of users here. I drive a 2008 Civic EX Coupe. It's not an SI, I don't track this, it's purely an economical daily driver.

Outside of quality tires and sound dampening materials, what can I do to improve my ride quality for comfort? Do you have specific brands to recommend? Price is not much of a concern.

Thank you.

I'm just like you but at the same time not... KYB shocks on all 4 corners should do it. Re-use your front springs and replace the strut itself. Depending if you find the car stable or not I would upgrade the rear anti-roll bar for the Si model 17mm bar to replace the toothpick 10mm that you have on your car. This will be the best $100 you will ever spend on the rear suspension and will stabilize the rear end dramatically, therefore making it more comfortable on highway driving.
