Unless you have the skills, I highly suggest you have a competent a/c service center or Honda do this repair.

The instructions ARE on the website you linked. Take a look at evap core replacement.

Tip: use a long #2 Philips (preferably with magnetic tip) to remove the screw behind the expansion valve cover on the interior firewall side.

I just replaced the condenser, compressor and expansion valve in my wife's tsx a couple months ago. I had to run solvent through the evaporator coils as the old compressor locked up and filled the system with black metallic goo. You should see the **** that came out of the evap coils!!! i dumped about 1 cup of solvent in, shook it a bit back and forth and then blew it out with compressed air. did it 3 times. I would suggest to anyone that you replace the condenser and run solvent through everything else. Especially if you had a compressor failure. And replace every o ring at every spot you take apart.
