Friend of mine wants to put her header on. We got all the nuts and studs off but one. Its hard to get a good grip on it because the nut is stripped. Is there any kind of tool that we can use to get the ut off besides cutting or drilling the stud?

Try a using PB blaster and a vice grip.
PB Penetrating Catalyst
You can get it at home depot.

Well its in a 97 prelude and that last nut is in a VERY difficult place. I can't really fit vice grips in there

Can you cut it off (Sawzall, torch), or drill it out (hand drill)?

stripped the nut on my strut mount so I have to do the same...trying to figure out the best way to drill it out...or heat it without damaging the bodywork and strut bearing

we do this when working on trucks so I dunno if you have the space but weld a spare nut onto the stripped bolt and pull it out... Like I said, I don't know if it'll work for you but it's an option

Bolt out/Nut remover, made to remove rounded/stripped bolts and nuts. Craftsman makes them, dunno what other companies do, stop by a Sears.
