Thanks, I adjusted my valve lash yesterday. My exhaust was way out of wack. The car just turned 8038. I'm not so sure the quilty of honda making engines is up to par as it was in the past.

Did you notice any difference in idle smoothness after the adjusment? Was it too tight or too loose?

I am very curious as to what the dry weight of the 8th gens is though. Everything that I've read has been just over 2900 lbs, which is a huge jump from the 2550 of the 7th gen coupes.

Just a second too soon, lol. I see that honda has it listed @ right around the 7th gens now. Hmm. Now I'm a bit confused of some things..

depends on what base model. The 2dr DX is the lightest and the Si 4 door is the heaviest. I think my EX is around 2800lbs? but don't quote me on that.
