This is exactly why you don't run a thick 24mm bar on 15+ year old metal. Progress rear bars are known to rip out the trailing arm end link bracket and the chassis mounting points on the car. I have no advice but maybe have a professional weld the bracket as is? I was going to run a 22mm with poly but was fearing this issue since my car is 17 year old car with a bit of rust so I ended up settaling with a 9th gen 20mm bar with OEM rubber bushings. Did you run adjustable end links to release sway bar pre load? This may have contributed to the failure due to constant stress even when the the car is on standstill.

Looks like you will need the entire cross member to fix it properly which is Honda #65750-SNA-A01ZZ. It attaches the rear lower trailing arm and sway bar brackets. I don't see the holes that hold the bracket in place but this image may not be exact for US Civics.

Is there anything more you need to install the 9th gen bar?
Having an Si, you need the following parts from Honda;

  • Spring, Stabilizer: 52300-TR7-A51
  • Bush, Holder Stabilizer (x2): 52306-TR7-A51
  • Holder, Stabilizer Bush (x2): 52308-TR7-A00
  • Bolt, Washer (old ones work) (x4): 93401-10020-08
  • (EDIT) Recommended trailing arm reinforcement bracket plates: Progress 65.1009

L brackets can be re-used as long as you have the factory Si bar. It's a noticeable improvement from the 17mm. I hope you can find the reinforcement plates in stock because it seems that Progress has stopped selling them.
