professional help needed!! tsx head on k20 block?????

So my tensioner failed after about 40k with Skunk2 stage 2 cams. Bent a few valves but the pistons are fine. I need to get my car running ASAP due to me moving, possibly very soon. Money is tight as well so to save money and time I have a guy who has a perfectly good tsx head in which I would transfer the cams and all the valve train but obviously use the tsx valves in the head. It is an 06 tsx head, would it work on the 2.0 block or not? I am pretty sure the intake side of the valves are bigger but would the head match up, also would I be hurting, gaining, or staying the same on power? Please help
